Here are our hotel rules for your convenience: Adult-Oriented Environment: We only welcome guests aged 16 and above at our hotel. No Pets Allowed: To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, we regret to inform you that pets are not permitted in the rooms. Beach Access: All of our hotel guests have free access to the beach, but you need to inform the staff 1 day ahead to reserve your spot. Special Discount: All our hotel guests receive a 10% discount at our beach club, including restaurant, bar, Elefante Experience, and Saturday parties. Acknowledgement clause: Guests are kindly requested to acknowledge and accept the possibility of music noise during their stay. Dress Code: There is a dress code at the beach. Reservations Policy: Please note that reservations cannot be cancelled and refunds are not available. Date changes may be made at the hotel’s discretion.
